* Carry out in-house inspection of procured completion equipment
* Monitor and analyze field production to meet supply to processing plant from the wells
* Coordinate with well servicing / maintenance teams for wellsite and pipeline network repairs
* Maintain stock inventory of equipment and spares for wellhead, downhole, and safety system
* Coordinate and follow-up with equipment vendors and service companies
* Prepare CAPEX and OPEX budget proposals
* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
* Mentor field trainees and visiting interns
