Prepare monthly progress schedule reporting using Primavera P3.

Preparation of complete claim for EOT with costs resulting from delays by Employer and Main Contractor. Liasing with legal council. Preparation and presentation of all evidence, statements/arguments both contractual and legal.

May 1995 to Sept 1997: TAISEI CORPORATION (Japan):Senior QS/Cost Eng.
Controls Dept. Senior QS: Complete contracts Management on $18M & $28M Water Treatment Plants and 30Km large diameter D.I. conduction main from the plant to Islamabad. Contracts based on (FIDIC). Included Suppliers, Sub-Contractors & Client.
Final Account & major claims for additional works, delays and increased costs. Setting up QS section including computerized document control systems (Expedition & Access), cash flow forecasts, project strategy/planning and initiating measurement and progress payment claims.
Advising on project control systems for construction and management. Control and analysis of all tendering by sub-contractors and suppliers, formulation of their Contract conditions and implementation of payment systems.
The QS Section also provided resource analysis from performance records using Primavera & Microsoft Project 4 to assist Planning and Construction departments. Implemented computerized drawing and document control systems in QS Dept. and worked with Controls Manager to achieve ISO9000 registration for the company – assisting with design and implementation of new systems of QA & QC for ISO9000.

Established new company in UK with 2 partners ( one Estate Agent, one Chartered Surveyor) specializing in structural and M&E maintenance of commercial and industrial properties.
Inspections, reports and recommendations for repairs. Working closely with Architects and Engineers to ensure projects complete on time and within budget or quotation.

1986 - 1991:FULLERS OF FAVERSHAM (UK) Senior QS and Director.
Invited to join company after 2 years working with them as PQS.
Became Director and Project Manager in 1998 controlling projects from tender stage to completion and including planning, construction and financial control. Largest project $5M multi-storey reinforced concrete car park with deep basement excavation and underpinning. Introduced computers to the company and established many new systems and controls for them.
Company sold by the shareholding directors in 1991 after which I resigned.

1984 - 1986:G & S GREEN. Partner PQS & Program Planning company.
Set up company with brother who is planning engineer to provide specialist management services to construction industry including tenders, contractual management, planning and QS works. Works included Dartford Tunnel Approach Roads, PSA Term Maintenance Contracts, Dungness B Power Station. Both partners joined Fullers of Faversham in 1986.
