BRIEF PROFILE

Over 13 years experience as Executive Assistant and have worked with Top Official's of manufacturing company, service industry, infrastructure project industry, telecom industry, etc. Given that the whole experience is with different industries, the exposure was across industries and across functions, thus a rich experience of managing the overall functions of Top Management office, administrative support to the division, secretarial assistance, etc is the expert outline.

Presently, working with RELIANCE as Executive Assistant to Chief Operating Officer√Gujarat. During 13 years with different industries, I have had an opportunity to gain knowledge of various industries including Service Industry, manufacturing unit, refinery, pharma, etc. and has learned various functions of S&M, Customer Care, Technical, Project Control, Operation, Contract Cell, HR, etc and closely coordinating with these departments in the current job profile. -Managing the COO's office and its day-to-day business:
* Prioritizing & initiating action on all incoming & outgoing correspondence from the COO's Office
* Conduct Daily Rake-up meeting with all co-related issues & its action plan
* Determine priorities & prepare weekly/monthly schedule of activity for COO
* Project Management √ identify priority as per management requirement and keep update the COO on on-going activities
* Screen and take action on papers / e-mails coming to COO's Offices
* Pursue outstanding issues, establish a course of action and follow through to completion
* Compile various reports and highlight issues for action to COO
* Preparation of various presentations to Top Management/Govt. Bodies/Corporations/Corporates
* Coordination with H.O., Internal Dept & External Agencies including Govt. bodies timely completion of assigned jobs
* Disciplined follow up of pending matters at HO in guidance with COO
* Coordinate the meetings convened by the COO in various places and departments
* Screen the Vendor/Contractor's for registration and further meeting with COO

* Gathering information and reference materials from various sources (Internet/Intranet)
* Handling Multilines phones - Respond and manage all calls/queries/complaints coming to the COO from various bodies for various matters or route to respective Dept. Head for response
