* Shallow water waxy oil production system driven by major flow assurance challenges with gelling, emulsion tendency, wax deposition. Additionally driven by Gabon's regulatory constraints.
* Developed and evaluated multiple high level design concepts through various stages of design from PRE-FEED taking into consideration risk, CAPEX/OPEX and design practicality to assure flow.
* Communicated and recommended concepts to Integrated Project Team for subsurface, subsea, export systems and defined processing requirements.
* Position involved high level of fluid analysis, thermal-hydraulic steady state and transient modeling to define limits of operation.
* As the various phases of the design concept emerged savings of $ 30 million dollars has been realized.
* Currently developing the operating philosophy for the system.

GOM Developments – BP (Mardi Gras), Chevron Texaco (CTX) (Confidential Fields), Dominion (Confidential Fields)
* BP Mardi Gras Ultra deepwater export system with potential of 1 bcfd gas export and 0.5 MMbpd oil production

* Principal author of the operating guidelines for export Okeanos, Thunder Horse, Proteus systems and co-author of the Cleopatra and Caesar systems.
* Actively providing commissioning team with hydraulic support, hydrate mitigation, specifying inhibition requirements, dewatering evaluation and second party verification.
* Saved BP OPEX in the order of $1 Million during start-up of Okeanos by stopping prolonged flaring during process upset of dehydration system and overturning decisions to pig export system when not needed.

* Strategy allowed streamlined ramp-up without wax deposition issues and preventing damages in the order of $5 million dollars accountable due to upheaval buckling.
Southeast Asia Pacific – Shell (Malampaya)
* Verification of the completion design during extended well tests of the Malampaya oil rim.
* Identified and recommended appropriate location of the SCSSV to assure well control when hydrates became a concern.
* Quantified inhibitor requirements for all stages of operation.
