* Mar, 2002- Present, Pioneer Natural Resources, Production Superintendent, Neuquen, Argentina. (10 fields, 3 oil treatment, two water treatment plants & 3 gas plants ): Responsible for oil 650 cmd (4082 bpd) & gas 1,6 MM cmd(56 MM scfd) production.
i. Programmed and controlled fields and plants operations, well performances, gathering system, sales points, in terms of production loses & increases- production and sales targets, covering 210 oil wells, 93 gas wells, 15 batteries, 3 oil treatment plants, 2 water treatment plants, 7 gas plants ( 2 LPG – 2 Dew points- 1 LTE- 2 two Glycol Dehydrating gas plants), 2 LACT units.
ii. Programmed Workover, Pulling, welltest, slick line, hot oil, operations iii. Worked with other company departments to accomplish team goals (Facilities, Engineering, Reservoir, Workover & Completion, Maintenance, Purchasing departments)

Lead the operation Take Over. Optimized wells and facilities that increased 40 % the field productions in terms of boe and reduced the opex by 3 U$S/boe (6 to 3 U$S/boe). Prepared AFE´s to revamp Engines & compressors, Turbo expansion- LPG plant equipments, Water-cooling system, auxiliary systems. b. YPF S. A. -REPSOL
* Jan 1998- Sep 1998, YPF S.A., Production Engineer. Catriel, Fields Cerro Bayo, Señal Picada, La Hamaca.Rio Negro-Neuquen, Argentina. In charge of 160 wells, 900 cmd. Programmed and controlled Pulling, slick line, welltesting operations. Optimized wells performances ( sucker rod puping, PCP, Natural flowing gas wells, ESP systems). Proposed Workover jobs in accordance with Dilling – Completion Department. Designing and controlling the Engineering Budget. Controlled and optimized water injector's wells. Designed, projected and installed a Gas Dehydrating Plants in Piedras Negras and Cerro Bayo field and associated facilities, which supplied treated fuel gas to the Pumping station and Power plant (turbines). Proposed Implemented the lifting system conversion of most of the wells of Cerro Bayo field, from sucker rod pumping to ESP system, which resulted in a % 70 increase in terms of the oil field production and decreasing the OPEX 50 %.
* Oct 1996- Jan 1998, YPF S.A., Project & Facilities Engineer, Fields Sierra Barrosa –Aguada Toledo. Catriel, Yacimientos Cerro Bayo, Señal Picada, La Hamaca.-Neuquen, Argentina. Designed, projected and controlled the construction of the LTE gas plant (1.2 MM cmd, working pressure: 120 kg/cm2, 1140 psi), in association with another one Glycol system (1 MM cmd). Gas net and associated facilities for supplying Plunger system ( 65 wells converted from sucker rod pumping to plunger lift systems). Designed & projected the gas treatment plant, gathering system and mail gas pipeline (1 MM cmd), placed in the field Portezuelo Minas to supply fuel gas to the Plaza Huincul Power plant ( REPSOL- General Electric).
* Feb 1996- Oct 1996, YPF S.A., Production Engineer. Gas Field Loma La Lata, Neuquen, Argentina. In charge of 220 wells & gas production 15 MM cmd( 520 MM scfd). Optimized wells through nodal analysis ( Welflo, Flosystem), proposed and implemented well improvements.
