ƒæ Arrange for spare parts from warehouse.
ƒæ Distributing work according to the 'work plan'.
ƒæ Troubleshooting of all the equipment logic and control in the various gas and oil recovery and processing facilities.
ƒæ Advice and guidance to technicians as required.
ƒæ Recording all daily / weekly / monthly activities.
ƒæ Responsible for maintaining house keeping and following safety procedures.

WORK EXPERIENCE STARTING FROM PRESENT:
At present working with Al Furat Petroleum Company from 2006 till date as Sr. Instrument Technician.Covering power with its servese like two central producing facilities, Gas Oil separation plants and fiscal metering station and out stations. Responsible for the breakdowns and planned preventive maintenance on the full range of oil field instruments. Carried out Overhauling, calibration and maintenance of pneumatic and Electronic Instruments of the following items.

MASONEILAN: Pneumatic and Electronic Transmitters, I/P converters, large size control valves with positioners for flow controls.

TAY0LOR: Transmitters for flow/pressure/level/temperature and controllers. large control valves and volume boosters.

Fisher: Transmitters for flow along with flow control valve overhauling and calibration.

Foxboro: Transmitters for flow, pressure and temperature controllers, control valves & butterfly valves. Electronic transmitters for flow, pressure, temperature and transducers such as P/I.

Rosemount: Electronic transmitters for flow, pressure, level d/p cell & temp.

De-tronics: Flame detectors used in gas turbines.
Solar Gas Turbines: Worked on Solar Gas Turbine doing routine maintenance and trouble shouting on instrument system.

Allen Bradley PLCs: Worked on Solar Gas Turbine and solar generators doing routine maintenance and trouble shouting on instrument system.

DCS Rosemount RS 3: have a knowledge in distributed control system, configuration, create boot tap, change the batteries, change card cage, control processor.

Bently nevada: Worked on solar gas turbine (Bently nevada vibration monitor)& Bently nevada anti-surge control system on gas comp-driven by solar turbine.
