Since Sept' 04 of Indian oil corporation at Panipat, India. The plant is having a capacity of 5, 34000 mt per annum being built at the cost of USD 300 million. Total scope 300,000 inch DIA SS/CS piping, 350 equipments.

Have experience in Hyundai/ Khic yards - South Korea,
From 1985 to 1986 Mcdermott yard – Indonesia, Mcdermott Singapore, etpm yard - Sarjah on company's assignments for supervision of fabrication of offshore oil & gas process platforms and structures.

COMPUTER AWARENESS well versed in Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint etc. Developed in house computer programs for mechanical design of process columns trays and tower internals, pressure vessels/ exchangers and also worked on VAX main frames systems.

(1997 onwards as Manager (Projects) EIL-New Delhi.
(a) (2003 TO 2004)
Project Management For Execution / Commissioning of A Net Work Of Numerous CNG Dispensing Terminals For Road Transport Vehicles In Delhi For M/S Ideraprastha Gas Limited. The Works Involved Laying Of Supply Network Of Natural Gas Pipelines In & Around Delhi With Feeder Lines To Mother Stations For Dispensing Of Gas To Buses And Cars. Setting Up Of Stations Involves All Construction Activities Along With Procurement And Installation Of High Pressure CNG Compressors, Dispensers, and Generators & Cascades Etc.
Also engaged in techno /commercial proposals for gas/ petrochemical projects for domestic / foreign projects.
(b) (2000 to 2003)
- Project Management of M/S Gail's 42" NB 612 Km Cross Country Gas Transmission Pipeline from Petronet's Dahej LNG Terminal in Gujrat to Vijaipur Terminal in Madhya Pradesh (India) With a Capacity to Transfer 30 MMSCMD of Regassified LNG. Job Involved Project Coordination for All Contracts & Tendering activities. Project cost USD 700 million.
M/S GAIL'S Krishna Godavery basin pipelines project. In western Andhra Pradesh. The project cost was USD 100 millions. 12 pipelines were commissioned with a capacity to transfer additional 8 MMSCMD of natural gas.

(c) From 1999 to 2000
M/S National Aluminium Co. Ltd (Alumina Expansion Project in Orissa State)
Project coordination for Gallium, Special Grade alumina (SGA), Zeolite and common utilities (CU) plants of M/S Nalco in Orrisa state. The works relates to preparation of LSTK package for Gallium plant.

(d) Year 1996 to 1999
- Project management and coordination of setting up of M\S Gujarat Chemical Port Terminal Co Ltd CHEMICAL PORT JETTY AND TERMINAL PROJECT CONSTRUCTED AT DAHEJ IN WESTERN GUJARAT (INDIA).
- This Petrochemical cum port & storage terminal project caters to import/export of hydrocarbon/chemical (gas & liquids) cargo of (1.8 million TPA) and storage terminal of capacity of 100, 000 CU.M for propane/propylene gas. Built at the cost of USD 200 millions, the jetty handles upto 40,000 DWT tankers. All aspects of project execution and commissioning were extensively dealt with.
- Following components \ systems were important in above project.
- 2.1 Km approach bridge trestle made of reinforced concrete/ tubular steel piles with anti corrosion rebar and steel structures from shore to jetty incorporating a top of the trestle road access unto mooring area and control room. I incorporate transfer pipelines total 9 nos. and shore side complete terminal having liquid storage, cryogenic double wall tanks 50000M3/ 30000M3 for propane and propylene, loading gantries and BOG compressors, refrigeration and chilling units for propane, butadiene, submerged heaters, exchangers/ condensers, magnetic and mass flow meters and pump house, marine/ shore vhf communication and public address system.
- 2 pairs of berthing and mooring dolphins, service platform with control room & marine gangway, 7 nos. of marine loading/ unloading arms, navigational aids, fenders, crane, QRMH, complete pigging facilities in jetty.
- Effluent treatment plant, firewater and foam network, plant and instrument air, 66 kV switchyard having substation, transformers, MCC, emergency DG set and plant communication and automation systems.
- Administration building and guesthouse, green belt, transfer pipelines etc.

In EIL's Heat and Mass Transfer Division at New Delhi (Design & Detail engineering experience)
(e) Year 1988 to 1995 as senior engineer/ deputy manager in EIL.
- Responsibilities were complete design, engineering & preparation of business proposals for getting business to EIL & inspection of as installed LIQUID trays and Packed Tower Internals for process columns of numerous refineries, petrochemicals and oil & natural gas processing plants in India/ abroad.
- Design and engg. of high pressure process package systems in onshore & offshore oil and gas processing plants viz, Test and Production Separators for oil & gas, coalesces, contactors, oil sumps etc. Also developed computer programs for mechanical design of pressure vessels, columns trays and heat exchangers, developed quality control manuals and procedures.
