* Ensure that all mechanical installation matter on the CPP Topsides is carried out in accordance with the drawings, specifications, work packs and ITP's and meet an acceptable quality standard.
* Ensure all relevant company inspections are completed and documented
* Monitoring the CPP Topsides contractor's mechanical progress against the project installation and commissioning schedule and take action to recover schedule where, and if necessary.
* To provide good sound mechanical input to Company supplied drawings, and highlight any issues that might cause problem's at site. Resolve day to day mechanical material issues.
* To ensure that free issued materials /equipments and skids are inspected by the contractor in a timely manner and confirm agreements with any O.S & D raised by contractor and same are reported to the company.
* Ensure the received condition is monitored and all items are stored properly by contractor (Preservation requirements are adhered to) any damage to be reported to the Company and any damage by Contractor to be recorded immediately.
