Asset management Software under the Microsoft Windows XP & Citrix metaframe Environment such as Maximo ver 5.2, Cognos impromptu Ver 7, Brio report Builder and JD Edwards System.

DETAILS OF WORK EXPERIENCE:
1. JUL-2006 TO TILL TO DATE: BEMCO CONTRACTING CO, RIYADH. KSA
DESIGNATION: SR. LEAD I & C ENGINEER
Projects handled: PP9 – C,D,E & F block (2400 MW ) & PP7 ( 200MW ) Power plants
Working experience:
* Supervision of calibration of all instruments for GE gas turbines, bop &
Crude oil tank farm ( 8 x 50,000 cub mt )
* Supervision of fire alarm system for GT and Bop area
* Installation & commissioning of paging system ( gaitronics system )
* Installation of RTU 560 ( abb ) for scada system for 132 KV substation
* Commissioning of Gas density meters for super grid transformers & GIBs.
* Commissioning of water bath heaters (IFS) & pressure reducing skid (EIV )
for 580MW E- block, installation of heat tracing element for gas electric heaters.
* Commissioning of gas flow metering skid, PRS skid
* Clearance of punch list items including work on ESD & EIV system.
* Loop checking of all digital & analog I/O for ABB infi-90 DCS system.
* Field Wiring & loop checking of GE fanuc PLC & Siemens TXP.

2. MARCH 1996 TO SEPT 2005: SAUDI BINLADEN GROUP ( O & M ), MADINAH, KSA
DESIGNATION: I & C ENGINEER
PME-CENTRAL PLANT is world's largest air cooled air conditioning plant with a total cooling capacity of 20,400 tons and 20 MW power plant. My responsibilities covers the instrumentation of the following assets,
* OM 3400 turbomaster centrifugal chillers & Reciprocating chillers with micrologic control board ( York USA ).
* Building automation & control system (BACS) by landis & gyr ( switzerland )
* INGERSOLL RAND, USA air compressors.
* 20MW,13.8 kV Ruston diesel power GENERATORS plant with PLC control (SIEMENS step 5 ) and accessories under ABB Co., Germany.
* 7 km Chilled water pipeline system which include electromechanical equipments are leak detection system (heganuk) motorized valves, pressure,temp & leak sensors, supply, exhaust & dust fans, sump pumps, pH meters and tunnel telephone system.
* Fire alarm system by NOTIFIER,USA. & fire protection system by KIDDIE FENWAL. USA.
* Telecom EPBAX system by MERIDIAN NORTON TELECOM Co,.
* Water treatment plant ( reverse osmosis )

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supervising the Calibration of pressure transmitters ( fischer), step controllers (Honeywell), 3300 series vibration and temp monitors ( Bentley Nevada), temperature indicating controllers(ABB Kent), differential pressure flow transmitters( fischer-rosemount), control valves(Fischer), pressure gauges(ashcroft, wika), temp gauges, digital Indicators(visipak), pressure controllers, pressure, flow & temp switches, temp transmitters(rosemount) etc,,
* Checking and troubleshooting of PLC, micro logic circuitry board cards, temp cards and Landis &gyr electronic device in data gathering panels (DGP's), loops and rings for BACS.
* Plans and establishes preventive and major overhaul maintenance schedules and resources for all instrument/control systems in assigned field. Includes establishing maintenance frequency, establishing and standardizing materials, spares, equipment and tools required for cost effective maintenance work, initiating procurement of supplies and ensuring availability of economic stock level, directing and participating in compilation of equipment maintenance data for review and analysis.
* Raises /reviews plant modifications and liases with department personal for timely implementation Prepare and review the scope of work for all instrument/control work. Assess suitability of new equipment/technology and witness their trials.
* Liases with planning personal on timely updating of related equipment, job plans, maintenance frequency in the maximo system. Ensure all activities are carried out in a safe, timely efficient and cost effective manner to maximize plant availability to meet assigned task
* Co-ordinating with all depts. for their section work of routine maintenance and corrective & emergency shutdown maintenance. Preparing reports on weekly and monthly basis about the status of work carried out on the equipments.
* As a quality anchor of the project I am responsible for maintaining the updated as built drawing of every section, maintaining calibration records and other Quality procedures documentation and verification/audit, adhering to the ISO 9001/2000 standards approved by ISO 9001 management representation.

3. MARCH 1992 to JAN - 1996: MYSORE PAPER & SUGAR MILLS LTD.INDIA.
DESIGNATION: ASST INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER.
MYSORE PAPER MILLS is India's first largest single location integrated plant manufacturing 100000 metric tons a year of newsprint paper & 5000 tcd of sugar and cultural variety of paper. The integrated plant consists of the following:
* Two steam generators of 12.5 MW each capacity.
* BABCOCK & WILCOX soda recovery BOILER of 33 tons/hr steam capacity.
* Coal fire boilers of 60tons/hr steam capacity.
* Pith boiler of 33 tons/hr steam capacity.
* Causticer plant for bleaching and cooking of chips ( raw material for paper).
* Demineralization plant of 80 cubic mtr/hr of dimeneralised water capacity.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Supervise instrument calibration for onsite and shop calibration and loop check activities
* Co-ordinate between the instrumentation dept and sub contractor for designing and installation of devices as per the PI drawing.
* supervise periodical inspection and to carry out calibration of sensors, transmitters, recorders, control valve, gauges for pressure, temp, flow and level parameters at the field and Workshop as per requirement.
* To plan and prepare the report for material request, manpower planning & All site activities concerned and report to higher management.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING:
Attended training courses on Control circuits, Control and Automation system, Relay testing and Calibration, Vibration analysis, Safety in Electronics system, HVAC Chillers, Telephone system, Technical support services (Maintenance management system).
