Technical manager for the joint venture dredging project of Boskalis and Jan de Nul
Location: Soyo Angola, Congo River, Angola LNG.
Project: Dredging and reclamation project on the Congo River for Chevron Petroleum Ltd.

Duties:
* Head of the technical department;
* Managing local contractors and staff;
* Purchasing all the fuel requirements;
* Scheduling maintenance procedures for all marine equipment;
* Finding local resources;
* Working together with the HR-department to recruite staff.

Biggest achievement: Due to lack of watersupplies which was a crucial necessity for the project, through my local resources and contact I discovered the Zaire Waterworks located in a village called Mpindi and I was able to secure a reliable source of supply of water for the whole project.

Project 2: September 2007 - present
Commissioning engineer for Frames (www.frames-group.com) in Nigeria for Shell.
Refurbishment of the Utorogu and Oben Gas plants.
Location: Warri Nigeria Delta State.
Project: Installation of new Glycol de-hydration units, water bath units.
Installation of UCP system Hima Elope 2 Software Systems.

Duties & Achievements:
* Development of high level and detailed pre-commissioning, pre-commissioning, start-up sequence plans based on block flow diagrams, PFD's, P&ID's and electrical one line drawings.
* Development of detailed pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up packages and start up staff (local contractors).
* Development and specification of pre-commission, commissioning, and start-up materials/chemicals (skillets, gaskets, studs, bleed rings, purge rings, nitrogen, etc), tools (torque wrenches, etc) and equipment (black start-up generators, black start-up air compressors/dryers, lighting plants, etc).
