Hyderabad Since May 2007 to till date, As a Piping Designer. An USA based MNC, pioneers in designing and implementing PDS Modelling and PDS customisation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Generation of Equipments/Nozzles and its orientations with PDS.
* Preparation 3 D design & Drawings s with PDS (Plant Design System)
* Preparation of Isometrics/ detailed drawings/views & MTO' s with PDS as well as Cad
* Preparation of material requisitions for piping commodities and piping specialty items.
* Familiar with 6 Modules of PDS software. (Like Equipment, Piping, Isogen, Drawing Manager, pipe supports & frame works environment)
* Familiar with Piping & Pipeline Design Codes & Standards
* Involved in concept study of Block diagram/ PFD/GA Layouts.
* coordinating in preparation of P & ID / Routing
Major Clients:
Domestic: HPCL, IOTL, ESSER OIL, RELIANCE.
Foreign: PETRONAS (MALAYSIA), TOL (THAILAND), S-OIL (KOREA)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Proposal Conceptualisation, Design & Development, Project planning & coordinating.
* Sending proposal drawings to customer as per their requirement with costing, & Getting clearance/ approval from the customer
* Taking inputs required for the Design, such as preparing the layouts, erection plans required for the projects by studying client site/plant layout.
* Cost effective Custom built systems with detailed manufacturing drawings.
* Getting quotes & releasing drawing to vendors for manufacturing, follow-ups with vendors for materials/assemblies time to time.
* Inspecting systems/structures for its quality while Mfg, easy & safety terms to meet the requirement of its application.
* Working closely with Egg. Management team to develop new products. And also Co-ordinating with Purchase, Vendors, roduction and Electrical depots for the smooth flow.

3) Worked With M/s. Hyderabad Pollution Controls Put Ltd., HYDERABAD. INDIA.
as a Mech. Draughtsman& (Structural and sheet metal ducts ) during 1992-93.
Air pollution controlling equipments and its duct design & Manufacturing unit.

* Receiving the work orders from project in-charge for installing Air pollution controlling systems like dust collection, plant humidification or for the both.
* Site seeing to design the duct layout based on the existing construction.
* Design duct layout, selection of motor, blower based on the requirement as per OEM & design standards
* Preparation of proposed system drawings & Getting approval from the Customer. Preparation of drawings, releasing to shop floor, clarifying while fabricating & mfg.
