Controls Engineer / PLC Programmer: Worked at AEP Power plant. I worked mainly in water pretreatment area. I coordinated ladder logic programming and startup of machines. Some of the hardware I used are GE Fanuc 90-70 PLC's, HMI, remote I/O, genius I/O, Ethernet and other devices. Software include Cimplicity machine Edition for the PLC and Cimplicity Plant edition for the HMI.

Some of the plants are coal power plant at a paper mill, paper converting ant diaper machines. I coordinated ladder logic programming and startup of machines. Controls Engineer/ PLC Programmer: Coordinated and program ladder logic and startup of single screw and twin screw extruding machines. The processors used were Rockwell PLC ControlLogix and SLC 5/05. The software was RSLogix 5000 and RSLogix 500. We use Ethernet, data highway, PID loops temperature and pressure, several other analog points. Variable speed drivers, 5 to 1000 hp AC & DC motors with PowerFlex 700 and PowerFlex 700S. RSview32 software and Allen Bradley 550 and 1400 operator interface are used in the performance of the control functions.
