Around 3 years as surface Test Eng. Started as junior testing operator then upgraded as a senior operator carry out the night supervisor duties as:

* Visit the well location even it was offshore tower, rig or rigless sites, meet
The client, discuss the operation then define the job requirements.
* Carry out the mobilization & equipments spotting in a suitable manner then start the rig up and pressure test operations.
* Carry out varity testing jobs ( Clean up, Modified Isochronal, production or Capacity, Killing, Pumping and Flaring jobs) for both Oil & Gas wells at Onshore and offshore.
* Performing on site water analysis. Tests include finding the specific gravity, TDS, pH, Titremetric and spectrometric analysis of various compounds in the sample. Finding oil & gas gravity, Salinity. Measuring H2S and CO2 concentration of well fluids
* I have finished about 75 Gas Well in BAB Field, as rigless operation.
* Handle the test equipments such as Separator (1440, 2000),SSV, ESD Panel, Sand filters, Choke manifold, Eruption manifold, Heaters, Acidizing &Sweetening unites, Water treatment unit, Loading equipment, Tanks firm, Generators, Compressors, Burners, Calibrating and Metering devices.
* Collecting all the required data during the operation beside pressurized, unpressurized samples, calculate the flow rates (gas, oil, water), curing the data & put it in a daily report for production department.
* Loading all the maintenance operations at yard for the previous equipments
* Developing group member, safety & operation trainer inside the company.
* Support the shared service branches (perforation- DST-Coiled tubing – Wire line- Pumping – PVT sampling – Multi Phase Meter).

* Attending courses trips to improve my self, the company system and provide a variety service for the clients.

* Performing (TBT) Tool box talk before each job which gives a short safety briefing and covers the:

 Work plan procedure
