Perform calibrate and test for all safety, warning and shutdown devices of Storage oil, UV/IR fire detector, Combustion Gas detector, Heat detector, Smoke detector, Smart Transmitter, Pressure switch, temperature switch, solenoid valve, Magnetic Pick up speed sensor, Back up Over speed, Vibration sensor, Shut down valves, Anti surge valve, Fire damper, etc.

Responsibility include working and Repaired Oil metering system, Microprocessor Control and various conventional pneumatic & electronic instrument include SMART instruments devices, all of witch require the ability to read & understanding engineering drawing such as P & IDs, loop diagram, Ladder logic and Block & Functional diagram.

TRANSFORMER
Collect Preventive Maintenance for all Transformer 96 MVA, 8 MVA and 2 MVA and Trouble Shooting for Electrical Transformers control system Such as bucholes relay, Lightning arrester and Liquid dielectrically Break down Voltage

Verify that the transformer is set at the specified tap changer is set at specified ratio and auxiliary device operation such as fans and indicator
Perform a turns ratio test between winding at as – found tap setting
Very proper secondary voltage after energization and prior to loading

UPS & BATTREY CHARGER

Visual and Mechanical Inspection UPS input/output 83 KVA/50 KVA and Battery charger system and setting manual / auto Floating charge and Equalizing charge. And Measure inter cell connection Resistance

Measure each cell battery voltage, specific gravity and electrolyte temperature for 55 cells /110 VDC Type: PS 1000 F – 2 Volt, 1000 AH and 110 cells / 220 VAC Type: HS 500 E– 2 Volt, 500 AH UPS system.

PROTECTION RELAY
Perform to select or to check the selection of power, fuse ratings, Protective relay characteristic and setting ratio and characteristic of associated voltage and current transformer and voltage breaker trip characteristic and settings.

Perform Test Pick up and Droop Parameter on each operating element.
Electrically confirm that CT and VT Secondary circuit area infected time test at two or more points on time a current curve

MOTOR

Perform Thermo Metric camp type Pliers for Hot Spot all connection Busing and Electrical Equipment, hecked and re-tight/ re-torque and Measure Isolations and Contact Resistance Bus Bur

Inspect for proper bracing, suspension alignment and enclosure grounding and removal of weep-hole plug and the proper installation of joint shield

H V A C
Perform measurement and non destruction test to obtain data regarding of Components / Equipment
Inspect Contacts of Motor Contactors and Check setting and function of each system control

Perform an oil analysis to determine the acidity of the Compressor oil and record the Result
Megger isolation Resistance of Motor.
