Carried out six monthly Pm such as pump case bearing oil draining flushing and refilling, coupling alignment checking and correction, Mech-seal leak checking, and flushing with corrobil, rinsing of seal flush line, bolt tightness checking, pump and motor bearing temp taken after run test.
Complete overhauling to dismantle the internals, checking shaft trueness, shaft sleeve, wearing, bearing, lip seal, and assemble with new parts, mechanical seal installing, setting and commissioning the unit.
2. MULTISTAGE CENTRIFUGAL PUMP (HORIZANTAL, BARREL AND SPLIT CASE) MAKE: KSB, SULZER BINGHAM SERVICE: CRUDE OIL, BFW.
Six monthly maintenance such as bearing oil flushing and refilling, flushing of mechanical seal with corrobil, coupling alignment checking and correcting within the specified tolerance, and other corrective maintenance like replacement of thrust bearing and tandem seal.
Overhauling complete pump such as rotor removal, impeller, wearing checking and replacing, thrust bearing fixing, rotor centering, tandem seal fixing and aligning with engine.
3. VERTICAL TURBINE PUMP:
MAKE: WORTHINGTON, PEERLESS, PEABODY
SERVICE: SEA WATER LIFTING:
Complete overhauling to remove the bowl assembly from its position, dismantling the bowl, checking rotor shaft bent, replacing impeller and case wear rings, "O" ring and assembling the bowl. Checking intermediate shaft straightness, water lubricated rubber bearings, spiders, replacement of parts if necessary. Erecting bowl assembly with raiser pipe, intermediate shaft, muff coupling. After pedestal bolting, placing the thrust bearing, centering of rotor, coupled with motor and finally commissioning the unit.
4. ELECTRICAL SUBMERSIBLE PUMP (ESP)
MAKE: WORTHINGTONSERVICE: SEA WATER LIFTING
Complete overhauling job such as removing the rotary unit bowl assembly, dismantling and checking the parts condition like bearing clearance, wearing clearance, replacing parts and making clearance as per manual and fixing the unit in position and commissioning.
5. RECIPROCATING PUMP (TRIPLEX, QUANTAFLEX)

Preventive and corrective maintenance like crankcase oil draining and refilling, coupling alignment checking and correction, checking main and big end bearing clearance, replace if necessary, plunger changing, renewal of packing, suction and discharge valves replacement and other jobs in lube oil circuit.

7 MECHANICAL SEALS:

Removing and installing various types of mech seals like single coil pusher type, multi coil spring pusher type, metal bellow seals and double tandem seal.
8. ALIGNMENT:
Rotating Equipment alignment has done in the following methods.

(ii) REVERSE DIAL GRAPHICAL METHOD: - If drive and driven shafts have float either or both.
