I am proficient and skilled in the following:

I am proficient in researching title and court records, including but not limited to conveyances, mortgages and other indexes, along with curing said title when needed. I am able to determine from said title or records mineral and/or surface ownership in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Texas.

After determining mineral and/or surface ownership I am skilled in acquiring Oil, Gas and Mineral Leases, Rights of Way, Geophysical Permits and Lease Options and Seismic Permits along with any other instruments required by the client in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Texas.

I am also able to provided detailed information on lease acquisitions such as lease terms, schedule of interests, lease schedules, plats, surface and mineral ownership, interested parties lists as well as providing any and all administrative requirements with regard to the needs of the client.

I have been responsible for due diligence as required by clients, lease take-offs, surface damage negotiations, site inspections and mapping of mineral and/or surface ownership. I have also been responsible for assignments to the clients with various requirements, lease maintenance, lease extensions, curing title as required under title opinions, cost analysis of projects along with any and all other administrative duties as required by the client.

I am familiar with Department of Conservation research in Louisiana.

I am familiar with Mississippi Oil and Gas Board research.
