I have more than 18 years of experience working as Senior Piping/Pipeline Engineer at Multi National Engineering Company, which runs its business in Oil and Gas project. I had been working with several World Class Engineering Company such as MW. Kellogg, Houston, Toyo Engineering Corporation, Japan, Chiyoda Corporation Japan, Fluor Daniel Inc, Irvine, and Kellogg Brown and Root Singapore, Air Products Plc, and Bechtel London.

My strong background and experience is in Design and Stress Analysis of Piping System, Project Engineering, with special knowledge in Piping Material, Pressure Vessel, Rotating Equipment, and Project Management for various projects starting from LNG project, Gas Plant Project, Refinery Project, Petrochemical Project, Geothermal Project and Oilfield Project for Onshore and Offshore Project.

* Perform and Review Piping Stress Analysis for Compressor lines, Cryogenic Lines and LNG Circulation Lines to Loading Arm/Jetty using CAESAR II Program with Seismic Case.

* Review seismic analysis and wind analysis for piping system.
* Perform and Review Piping Stress Analysis for LNG Tank, Compressor, Turbine, Loading Arm, MCHE lines.

Job Responsibilities:
* Review P&ID and piping layout in term of stress analysis purposes.
* Perform stress analysis for LNG Transfer Line and Loading Arm to the Tanker, which had 5 conditions to represent the actual condition when the LNG is transfer into the Ship.
* Perform Stress analysis for LNG circulation line from Loading Arm at Ship.
* Perform Stress analysis for lines around LPG Tank
* Review Material Requisition for Piping Valve and any bulk material.
* Prepare technical document to design expansion joint as many as 118 pieces of expansion joint for LNG line with size as 30 inches.
* Communicate with Client Deputy Project Manager regarding the technical aspect of these 118 expansions joint.
* Communicate with Vendor (PATHWAY) about the design aspect and review all the technical aspect of the expansion joint.

* Perform Basic Design at Fluor Daniel office at Irvine California for Power Plant using Geothermal Energy including transfer Geothermal from wells to the Power Plant.
* Involved in study and preparation of Plot Plant for Power Plant and Cross Country Pipeline.
* Perform preliminary stress analysis for Hot and Critical Lines for further consideration.
* Review all stress analysis calculation for critical lines
* Design spring hanger, prepare the data sheet.
* Design special pipe support and prepare the Material take Off for purchasing purposes.
* Conduct site survey and site supervisor for Piping cross country line and power plant.
* Involve in monthly meeting with project management and client.
* Solve any problem during construction as Field Piping Engineer.

9. JULY 1994 – JULY 1995 Working with CHIYODA CORP, JAPAN joint venture with IKPT

Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare piping design and stress specification, piping material specification and pipe support specifications.
* Review piping layout and equipment layout.
* Review Piping Material Take Off and prepare material requisition.
* Prepare Technical Bid Evaluation for Piping Valves and Fittings.
* Perform stress analysis for LNG (Cryogenic)and Sea Water Lines
* Calculate Loading at pipe support and structure to be given to the structure group.
* Design Special pipe support to handle as many as 220 ton horizontal load.

10. MARCH 1991 – MAY 1994 Working with: MW. Kellogg, USA and Toyo Engineering Corp, Japan joint venture with IKPT

* Project: AMMONIA and UREA PROJECT at INDONESIA
* Project: SERAYA ISLAND PETROCHEMICAL Project, Singapore
