27 years of experience working in all aspects of the Title Insurance Industry, mainly title research, and 7+ years of Mineral titles, Currently working as an Independent Land Landman, researching mineral titles, preparing reports and doing abstracts. I hold a Title producers license in the State of Colorado, also a Real Estate license, that is currently inactive. I have a current Colorado Notary.
I have worked on Mineral Titles in Carbon, Emery, Grand, Juab, Sanpete Counties, in Utah and in Garfield, Rio Blanco, Moffat, Mesa, Montrose & Delta, Pitkin & Eagle, Weld Counties, in Colorado. I have also worked in Elko County, Nevada & Williams County, North Dakota, through the Online Services.
