Project: Construction of the Massaguet - Karmé - Bisney road in Chad. The road: 85.360 km into double-layered and sub-base out of sand treated with cement. Funds: FKDEA, BID, BADEA, Development funds of OPEC and Government of Chad.

- From 01/08/2005 to 24/08/2005: Training Mission on the Software "TALREN 4", PISTE+ and Office 2003 in Abéché/Chad for the executives of the Agriculture Ministry.
