Pipefitting, welding, equipment operator, mechanic.

During this time I freelanced, finding coal, gas, oil, and timber properties for various companies.

1995 I accepted a position with Tanoma Coal Sales as a Land and Acquisitions Represenative. I acquired leases and land for Tanoma in six counties in western PA. I developed the Northern Division for Tanoma. Acquiring Coal and Coal lands. I orchestrated and negotiated the buy-out of Fairview Coal, Moravian Run Reclaimation, as well as acquiring leases from Bradford Coal for Tanoma and buying the Clearfield Tipple from Sky Haven Coal. I developed a network of suppliers and producers for Tanoma Coal in the Clearfield/ Dubois areas. When Tanoma was merged with the Pittston Group, forming Alpha Natural Resources, LLC, and AMFIRE Mining Co. I found I just became a number. I was hard to do my job with a company of that size. The reaction time to deals was too slow to make them happen. I left there in November of 2005.
That same November I began working with Exotic Oil, as a Leasing Representative. But my job did not stop there. I leased oil and gas properties for Exotic, along with doing the preliminary research, working with the crews doing the site work. Hooking the wells up to transmission, the piping of the oil to storage tanks, maintenance of the pump jacks, and gas wells.
In August of 2006, I began working as an independent land man for various companies, leasing and buying oil and gas lands and rights.
