PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
* Bachelor of Instrumentation Engineering (June 2005-Feb 2009) from A.C.Patil College of Engineering, Mumbai University, India with First class in final year.

* Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering (May 2002-May 2005) from Institute of Petrochemical Engineering, Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere, India with Distinction in final year.

* 6 days course in Certified PLC Programming with the knowledge of two PLCs (Allen Bradley and Siemens) and SCADA (Wonderware software Intouch) along with ladder logic development.

PROJECT PROFILE & TRAINING EXPERIENCE:

* Academic Project: (B.E Final Yr.)

Automation of Sour Water Level Loop Using DCS CENTUM CS 3000, at Bharat Petroleum Corporation LTD. (BPCL)

Description: A sour water level loop which was completely independent and not connected in the loop had to be operated manually which had its own disadvantages. This previous loop had a pneumatic transmitter which gave an output signal of 3-15psi. This pneumatic loop was replaced by an electronic loop which converted the signal in terms of 4-20mA. This signal was further connected to the existing DCS and thus was automated.

The following duties were assigned:-
* Study the whole DCS CENTUM CS 3000
* Assign tags and graphics for the loop
* Check all the connections from field to the DCS
* Implement the wiring in presence of the technician and replacement of the transmitter

During this period, a report on "AUTOMATION OF SOUR WATER LEVEL LOOP USING CENTUM CS 3000" for which we were awarded with certificates. The main objective was to become familiar with the plant environment and to work in a team.

* Academic Project: (Diploma Final Yr.)

Automated Car Parking System was the project accomplished for the partial fulfilment of Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering.

Description: Automated car parking system eliminates the manual control and reduces the malfunctioning to a large extent. It provides systematic parking of cars in allotted space eliminating the overcrowding of cars in the parking area. In the project, provision for 9 cars was made as one counter and one 7 segment display was used. By using two counters and two 7 segment display provision for 99 cars can be made. The circuit can be further modified and pay parking scheme can be implemented.

TRAINING EXPERIENCE:
* In-plant training at BPCL, Mahul Refinery, Mumbai for the period 20th August 2007 to 11th June 2008 and submitted a project report on "Automation Of Sour Water Level Loop Using CENTUM CS 3000"
* One month in-plant training at Gharda Chemicals Ltd. covering the basic instruments and calibration of Instruments.
* 6 days of rigorous training on programming, troubleshooting and maintaining PLC (Allen Bradley & Siemens). Practical exposure on AB and Siemens with ladder logic development. Selection, programming, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of SCADA software (Wonderware Intouch).
