Responsibilities Included:
* Sub-lead position responsible for development of the Amine Unit and Surge Tank area from the FEED into detail engineering and the IFC Iso production phases of the project.
* Plot plan, and equipment location plan development through transposition drawings.
* Acquisition of process requirements, equipment data sheets, and design criteria working directly with discipline Lead Engineers within the FEED stage.
* 3D AutoPLANT equipment modeling, including Amine Regenerator (four pass trays, distributors, internals), Thermo siphon Reboilers, Filters, Aerial Coolers, Tower platforms.
* 3D AutoPLANT Piping Design and modeling
* Isometric generation for stress approval and MTO for all unit piping.

Which included the research and development, coordination of isometric naming convention within the Suncor drawing system, Tracking, Checking and Issuing Tie-in iso's for construction. Each Tie-in required a Reference, Demolish and Construction iso. I was directly responsible for approximately 175 to 200 Tie-ins.

* Piping Design, layout and modeling of the Amine regenerator unit with-in the sulphur recover plant.
