I am an Instrumentation engineering graduate with 14 years of experience in Basic engineering, FEED, detailed engineering, construction and commissioning support fields in upstream and downstream oil and gas projects. I have worked with leading design and engineering organizations in Japan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE & India. At present I am working with TOYO Engineering Corporation, JAPAN for their El palito refinery expansion Pre-FEED & FEED Project.

My specific experience includes the following.
1. Preparation of FEED & ITB documents (Instrumentation, Telecom & F&G)
2. Review and approve engineering documents and drawings prepared by EPC contractors.

Summary of Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare conceptual designs, preliminary designs, FEED and detailed designs for oil & gas plant projects – Instrumentation, Telecom & Fire and gas.

Prepare technical inquiry requests (Inquiry Requisitions) to vendors, participate in the technical evaluation of vendor bid offers. Direct and provide guidance in the Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), review vendor drawings and documents. Supervise the review of design calculations, ensure vendor equipment specifications meet with client equipment specifications and are within budgeted costs.
Meet with vendor representatives, inspect vendor works and workshops when required, provide dispatch clearance and test certificates. Attend FAT. Participate in Material Take Off (MTO) activities, identify irregularities and shortfalls, take corrective action when required.
Provide technical support to Projects on design matters during detailed engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning stages of projects, which often involves site visits. Reviews and comments on pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up.
