Allow me to introduce myself:

I am a mature, reliable and methodical individual. At the prime of my working experience, where I have realized that I have qualities that are needed in your industry.

The power of observation; being able to look into the forest see the trees but also pick out the individual branches and determine if they fit the overall plan.

The awareness to record; knowing what the behaviors are that lead to trends that lead to loss of production.
To report; recording, tracking and presenting these findings in a way to influence the behaviors in a positive atmosphere.

These qualities are from the belief that to play to win you must work by the rules, no competent; honest or reliable employee wants to get hurt. The positive actions are acknowledged in an environment where each individual is aware of the right procedure, and negative actions are corrected on an individual basis.

This philosophy was first born when I was promoted into a leadership position in the Coast Guard, and refined each time I was chosen to be a leader in the position granted to me. It has been proven over time that my team members respond positively to my directions. My supervisors respond with enthusiasm to the friction free and safe work place.

With this foundation and belief in my abilities I made the choice to pursue the educational opportunities that document I know what I know. I now seek an entry level position to integrate my work ethic into an organization that seeks increased productivity through safe and effective work site practices.

I respectfully request that you review my progress as stated in my resume and grant me the time to present myself and offer a more detailed expression of how my abilities would benefit you.
