* Safety table talks/ Field Scenarios to give understanding to alarms, equipment failure and poor conditions which some operators have yet to be involved with. This helps to have operators alert to act quickly when needed within unfamiliar emergencies.
* Provide clear communication with control personal and management through radio contact.
* Worked with engineers to propose safe work plan documentation to management.
