* Manager of laboratory & Quality Control Department (July.2007up to date) this role is to:
-ensure that the Laboratories provide a continuous service to the manufacturing teams in ensuring that products satisfy stringent quality and cost parameters within manufacturing processes.
-provide a comprehensive and effective technical laboratory service to factory for chemical analysis, mechanical testing and analysis.
- manage departmental resources in a cost effective manner,
-pursue programmes in order to secure continuing improvements in the performance of products, people, sophisticated analytical equipment (gamma ray analyzer, X ray analyzer, lab automation,.. etc) and test method (EN 196 and Bs4550).
* Laboratory supervisor (July, 1997 up 2007) this role is for:
- insure that the raw material and products are within the target of quality, to achieve this task the follows should controlled well ( raw materials quarries, limestone mix bed, additives mix beds, raw mix grinding, raw meal homogenizing, clinker burning, cement grinding, cement packing, and etc)
- Insure that the maintenance and calibration of equipments are implement according to programs.
- To supervise, direct and train the lab staff (34 persons).
- To plan and control the adequate stock of the chemicals and consumables need for the laboratory operation
- Issuing of daily, monthly and yearly repots.
* Chemist (shift work) (June, 1996 – June, 1997):
- Carrying out the sampling and testing the instance raw materials, raw meals samples, clinker, and cement from current production.
- Evaluate the test results and take the decision.
* Chemist(day work) (July, 1995 – May 1996):
- Chemical analysis (X-ray and wet method) of raw meal, clincker, and cement. Also this section analyses samples of fuel, gypsum and raw materials.
- Monitoring and maintenance of X-ray analyzer.
* Physical Section (day work) (Jan, 1995- Jun, 1995):
-Carrying out physical test of cement
Achievements:
* Improve the quality control concept for products and raw materials in factory.
* Reduce the cost of product using local additive material.
* Implemented many studies for various quarries to apply such additive material.
