PROFILE CAREER.
Over 20 years experience in oil and gas processing facilities with different companies such as SONATRACH (Algeria national company), CEPSA (Spanish company) ADMA/OPCO, Abu Dhabi(Emirates shareholders company),BP/SH. I gained a strong career in hydrocarbons gas treatment and oil treatment facilities onshore and offshore.Oil treatment such as separation,desalting,stabilisation and heater treater for light oil on high RVP and water boiler, insulation and treace heating for heavy oil on high viscosity including wellhead PCP pumps on variable speed,storage and export via metring skid, pig lauancher/receiver operations,water injection plus chemicals, gas injection to maintain reservoir pressure.Utilities, Gas engine generator,diesel generator for power supply.Gas processing facilities such as-dehydration: water removal by contact with TEG tri ethylene glycol and glycol regeneration unit to achieve desired water dew point specification. -carbon dioxide removal: CO2 removal unit using activated amine MEA solvent to absorb CO2 from gas stream and amine regeneration unit.-CO2 réinjection: ( prevent environnement, HSE roules).-Condensate stabilization unit: deethanizer unit debutanizer unit to achieve desired RVP and H2O specifications.-Metering skid Daniel DMS+ to monitor and meet gas export specifications through chromatograph, H2O dew point analyzer, hydrocarbons dew point analyzer and H2S analyzer. HEALTH SAFETY AND ENVIRONEMENT: HSE.
To carry out duties safely according to EPNR procedures. To report to hierarchy any incident, unsafe act or operation. To take an active role in promoting HSE performance within area of work. WORK EXPERIENCE.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR. CEPSA COMPANY. ALGERIA.2009 / 2004.
-DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES. Coordinate and supervise the production activities. Control the operation of the plant from the control room and direct actions of the outside to ensure continuous safe and efficient operation of the plant. Manage group of operators and ensure housekeeping, safety drill and emergency exercise. Supervise monitor control and co-ordinate the operation of production facilities on Oil and Gas to ensure safe and efficient operation and ensure the Company's oil/gas production targets of quality and quantity.
Coordinates the routine / planned maintenance activities, including issuing work permits for maintenance jobs, shutting-down / starting up additional equipment to ensure that plant's operations are not interrupted Identifies maintenance requirements and where immediate action is required. Ensure coordination of all production team, maintenance and well services in order to avoid any troubleshooting during shutdown/start-up and and any adjustment required.
Verifies and approves the daily work permits cold/hot conform to the prescribed precautions. reporting daily production rates and oil specifications such as density, salinity RVP and BSW.
-SEPARATION UNIT:three phases separator HP:650 psi MP:180psi and LP:40psi.
-INTERMEDIATE HEATERS with hot oil AND HEATER TREATERS.with fuel gas fire tubes to stabilize oil due to high GOR.
-Boiler feeding hot water to different capacities via hot water tube such as three phases separator, heating exchanger, desalting and storage tanks, electrical treace heating and insulation pipelines to avoid freezing due to paraffin oil.
-Reciprocating pumps: Ingersoll-rand pump up to 5500 PSI for NGL Injection.
-Reciprocating and Centrifugal pumps, air compressors. Recovery bellowers, Flare HP/BP and dry flare, fuel gas power generators and diesel generators.
-FUEL GAS UNITS: supply fuel gas to the plant after being treated through molecular sieve package,electrical heater,gas/gas exchanger,gas/liquid exchanger,joule Thomson valve and expansion vessel.
-CRUDE OIL STORAGE AND EXPORT via centrifugal pumps through fiscal metering skid unit OMNI 3000 to 20 inch pipeline. Monthly Pigging operation launch/receive to clean the pipeline from any corrosion and salt inside.
- ATLAS COPCO air compressors supply air instrument and reverse osmosis unit for treated water to the camp.
- RECIPROCATING GAS COMPRESSOR UNITS:
5 reciprocating motor gas compressors 4th stage (COPPER SUPERIOR up to 5500psi model DRESSER-RAND). gas is compressed through 4th stage from 40psi to180psi first stage,180psi to 650psi second stage,650psi to 1800psi third stage and from 1800psi to 5200psi on forth stage.
FUEL GAS ENGINES model WAUKESHA (900RPM,2250HP).
2 reciprocating compressors(NUOVO PIGNONE) driven by electrical motors 5.5 kv with fourth stage from 40psi to 5200 PSI.
01 reciprocating compressor (DRESSER-RAND)driven by gas motor engine working on low pressure from 5psi on suction to 180psi on discharge pressure.
-PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR:SONATRACH ALGERIA 2004 / 2001
NATURAL GAS TREATMENT:
-dehydration: water removal by contact with TEG tri ethylene glycol and glycol regeneration unit to achieve desired water dew point specification.
-turbo-expander: gas stream is expanded trough turbo expander assisted by joule Thomson valve to achieve desired hydrocarbon dew point specification.
-carbon dioxide removal: CO2 removal unit using activated amine MEA solvent to absorb CO2 from gas stream and amine regeneration unit.
-CO2 réinjection: ( prevent environnement, HSE roules).
-Condensate stabilization unit: deethanizer unit debutanizer unit to achieve desired RVP and H2O specifications.
-Metering skid Daniel DMS+ to monitor and meet gas export specifications through chromatograph, H2O dew point analyzer, hydrocarbons dew point analyzer and H2S analyzer. Orifice plate, chart recorder and 3 MOV's two on service one maintenance.
-gas compression: gas turbine ROLLS ROYCE coaxial shaft RB214 – P:24 MW

PRODUCTION SENIOR OPERATOR: ADMA/OPCO COMPANY:ZAKUM WEST PLATFORM ABU DHABI EMIRATES.2001 / 1996
-DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES: Monitor the outside accessible operating conditions and parameters of the plant and report any change in operating conditions or abnormal sign or feature to the control room.
Carries-out daily routine job tasks, 1 st degree maintenance work and perform instructions from the shift supervisor such as checking, start-up, shutdown, and isolation of process equipment. Takes periodic log sheet from control panel and local data mounted on various running machines.
-GIP:GAS INJECTION PLATFORM.
Gas at 1100 PSI is compressed to 2500 PSI at the first stage then from 2500PSI to 5200 PSI discharge pressure for second stage is the pressure requested for injection to maintain the reservoir pressure.
-CSP:CENTRE SEPARATION PLATFORM:
350MBD Crude oil through 6 three phases HP separators with a capacity of 55MBD each operating at 650 PSI. Outlet crude oil from HP separators is pumped via booster pumps and main oil pump into 14 inches pipeline at 1100 PSI to Das island to meet specifications before being exported.
-WIP:WATER INJECTION PLATFORM:
.05 similar modules, 02 HP (180MBD / 3200PSI) and 03 MP (250MBD / 2500 PSI)
Operation ensured using equipment such as: 2 winning pumps, 4 filters with 3 different beds of sand, vacuum tower operating at -18mmhg, 02 vacuum pumps and booster pump from -5mmhg to 65 PSI, 3 main water pumps in series at 2500 PSI for MP header and 4 main water pumps in series at3200 PSI for HP header.
Chemical pumps skid for chemical injection bentonite and polyctrolite, oxygen scavenger, oxygen catalyst and scale inhibitor.. biocide1 and biocide2. samples of coulter counter. turbidity, oxygen content and corrosion rates.
-CONTROL ROOM TECHNICIAN: SONATRACH / BP ASSOCIATION ALGERIA 1996 / 1993.
- As panel operator in oil gas plant. Three phases separation, storage and export via metering skid and pigging, gas compression for re injection, air compressors and fuel gas units. electrical generators for power supply and reverse osmosis water unit.
Remotely control and operate the process through human-machine interface in control room and also when needed from local assigned panel.
Coordinate the activities of external shift operations personnel in their duties of operating and monitoring all process readings to meeting production targets.
Advises the production team leader of any potential hazardous situation or changes to operating conditions and implements any actions necessary to maintain safe continuous hydrocarbon production.
Ensures that all plant and equipment are available for shut down and start up and new settings are properly documented.
Ensures that availability of safety systems are well know and documented. Record the permit to work open, with the location of the works and the number of manpower.
Be in touch via radio channel and inform well service in case of change in operating conditions.
-GENERAL PROCESS PLANT OPERATOR: SONATRACH ALGERIA 1993 /1989.
-DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES: operate on an assigned shift from day-night in the process facilities (24hr operation); Make necessary adjustments on operating parameters; Maintain and complete regular production and maintenance records / logs / reports; Assist in routine maintenance on all plant systems in isolating plant and equipment for major maintenance and operational activities; Monitor and control operating parameters, Operate and control (in conjunction with the Control Room Operator / Shift Supervisor) the smooth transition of compressor start-up, Ensure that equipment and systems are integrated safety into operation after completion of work; Monitor plant operating parameters to ensure compliance with operational guide. Attend safety group meetings, act as the Area Authority in the Unit Control Panel (UCP) gas compression area; Operate all site production systems and equipment in accordance with operation; Prepare equipment for maintenance, check condition on completion of maintenance and prepare for commissioning; Report equipment and instrument defects, leaks, failures etc., Respond quickly to emergency situations.
