Gas Processing and Gas Refining using HYSYS:
* Developed a steady state simulation model for gas processing and refining of crude oil using HYSYS simulation software.
* Logical operations are installed in order to perform certain functions like dew point specification and to determine the required temperature of low temperature separator.
* Monitored dynamics and tuned level and flow controllers for Depropanizer and Atmospheric Crude Fractionation Unit.
* Designed controllers using Model Predictive Control and developed DMC prediction model for stabilizer column.

Propane-Butane Splitter using Pro II:
* Developed a steady state simulation model for propane-butane splitter using multiple feed distillation column in Pro II.
* Determined the optimum feed tray location and increased the separation efficiency using column convergence and optimizer convergence parameters.

Simulation of Batch Distillation and Extractive Distillation columns using Aspen Dynamics:
* Scripts are used to automate initialization of an Aspen Dynamics.
* Disturbance task is created to startup and operate both the columns.
* Installed a pressure safety valve and analyzed the dynamic performance of the column.

Mat lab and Neural Networks:
* Calculated Material and Energy balances for Multi component Distillation column and developed a Mathematical program using Matlab and later simulated one of the equations using Neural Networks.

Development of Mathematical Model for production of Polyethylene tere phthalate (PET):
* Developed a Mathematical Model for Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor and Steady State Distillation Column.
* Developed a flowchart to apply in Simulation Software and drew plant layout and performed cost analysis.

Production of Styrene:
* Selected Dehydrogenation of Ethyl Benzene Method for Manufacture of Styrene.
* Developed a PFD, calculated Material and Energy balances and performed design calculations for a distillation column.
* Drew plant layout and performed cost analysis.
