Nature of work:
Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Polyethylene Plant. Capacity 462,000 metric tons per year. Making high density Polyethylene and Linear Low density Polyethylene. Commissioning Reactor system, Ethylene feed system, Isobutane Feed system, 1-Hexane feed system, Hydrogen feed system, Treater Regeneration system, Flash Gas System, Hydrocarbon Recovery & purification,
Nitrogen Recovery system.
A. Commissioning C4 Splitter column, Feeding mix Butane & Recovered Propane, Isobutane & Normal Butane with removing Sulphur.
B. Commissioning Dehexanizer & Deethanizer column. Hydrocarbons (Ethylene, Isobutane & Hexane) feed in to Dehexanizer column & Recovered Hexane & light vapors. This Light vapors sent to Deethanizer column through Overhead Compressor & recovered Recycle Isobutane, Olefine-free Isobutane from bottom & Ethane & Propane from top.
C. Commissioning Isobutane & Nitrogen Recovery system. System equipped with Rotary type screw Compressor, bulk oil separator, Vapor Exchanger, Liquid Exchanger, propane Chiller & PSA Adsorbers.
This is a continuous process & equipped With Vertical loop Reactor, Butane Splitter Column. Dehexanizer column, Deethanizer Column, Pressure swing adsorber, Dryer, Centrifugal & Reciprocating Compressors, Rotary type Screw Compressor, Regeneration Gas Blower, Pumps etc.
