Process assistant Class A, initially hired as maintenance extra worker, quickly promoted to shipping department then to Paper Machines and 15 promotions.
As Process Assistant Class A. Initiated team development on $350 million project of First North American super calendar Paper Machine. Responsible for computer quality control process and production control assurance of all shipments of finished materials. Daily work in trouble shooting with valued customers. Monitored chemical safety and laboratory testing and process injecting of chemicals with high technology applications. Also worked on vibration and preventive maintenance, quality control and many safety programs, my crews led production and safety as # 1 through the years. Trained many new people entering the industrial area to be safe and productive. Kept book and computer logs on daily preventive down time. Also worked between contractors, vendors and management on new machines and equipment. From all parts of the world.
Achievements: The youngest back tender (machine dry end tender) to advance to the rank of Paper Machine Back Tender (a very intense work place). Held 15 promotions across 5 machines. A member of chosen team, to work on the installation and commissioning of systems, software, start up procedures, emergency shutdown, and environmental discharge regulations on the # 8 Paper Machine project. Also wrote safety procedure manuals, and helped write startup and shut down procedure manuals.

As an A-class welder, and repair specialist operated stick and mig, tig, aluminum welding machines. Read blueprints for assembly of oil field pumping units and marine gearboxes. Worked on extensive troubleshooting on machines with structural problems, also inspected with weld fracture magnetic detection. Transferred 1983 to Shipping Department in Materials Distribution. Distributed materials to various departments for manufacturing processes. Transferred to repair department. As a Repair Specialist, repaired, and constructed LUFKIN oil pumping units. As a Class A Welder, fabricated oil field machines, piping and heavy duty oilfield trailers, and all types of gear boxes.
Achievements: Rapidly promoted over a four-year period. Ending as the youngest repair specialist to advance to that position at that time. Also as of 10/05/05 this company contacted me for employment as a welder and fitter, employed until 12/09/05.

This Temporary position designated by the District Traffic Operations Engineer, allowed a wealth of experience. This current position demands consistent aggressiveness in keeping field compressors running and keeping two gas separation processing plants, and 3 C02 compressor stations supplied with their request.
