I have more than 4yrs of professional experience in Stress analysis of piping systems in the field of Petrochemicals, Refinery and Oil & gas. I am conversant with stress analysis and supporting of piping systems, connecting rotating equipments like pumps, turbines and static equipments like Storage tanks, vessels, Heat exchangers, cooler, etc., and software's such as CAESAR II 5.0, ANSYS 11.0 & Nozzle pro. I am also familiar with modules, NEMA 23 for Turbine checking, API 610 checking for centrifugal pumps to qualify pump nozzle loads, and Equipment nozzle load qualification by WRC and Nozzle pro, or FE pipe or Ansys (FEA). Also conversant with Finite Element Stress Analysis, 3D modeling, meshing and analysis of Pressure vessels and its parts using FEA tool Ansys 11.0. This includes static and Thermal stress analysis of Nozzle to shell / head junction, Skirt to head junction, Fatigue analysis, Couple field analysis etc. and qualifying same as per ASME VIII Div 2 App. 4. And familiar with engineering standards and codes such as ASME B 31.3, ASME VIII Div 1, 2 ASME Section II Part D and ANSI B 16.4 used in piping / Mechanical stress analysis field. Preparation of Stress isometric drawings, feeding the data as per the Stress isometric drawings, Carrying out stress analysis to make the piping system safe as per code requirement etc.
