Working for High Pressure & High Temperature Wells (HPHT) gas wells in the Well Services Department. Job includes all standalone operations of all types both in North & South. These relate to CTU, Slickline, E-line, and Integrity etc. Jobs include all slickline operations, E-line perforations, Static & flowing Surveys, Production logging, MPLT, Plugs, Sampling, fishing, all sub surface activities, Well Integrity Testing both Surface & Sub Surface
Responsible for total safety, PTW, all call outs, site supervision, planning, execution, Contract services, EDM reporting etc

HSE Manager a) Responsible for complete QHSE activities on BHN Process Complex and reporting to Oil Installation Manager & Regional HSE.

India a) Production Monitoring, Wellhead maintenance b) Optimization of Gas Lift c) Planning, equipment selection and execution of well completion programmes for oil, gas, water injection, and artificial lift wells d) Well interventions programmes & memory gauge surveys e) Completion of all single & dual wells f) Co-ordination with contract parties like Schlumberger & Halliburton for jobs like TCP, Swing Jet perforation, Chemical fracture etc.

Inducted into Well Completion & Down hole Operations Group & performed with team members as follows:
a) Completed around 150 single wells & about 40 dual wells of 9000 to 15000 ft. depth at Gandhar in India b) Carried around 600 slickline jobs. These include Landing Nipple, Sliding Sleeve operations like installation and removal of Blanking Plugs, Chokes, Separation Sleeves, Side Door Chokes, Hole probing, Wax Cutting, Tubing Perforation, Slick line Fishing etc.
c) Set around 175 Bridge Plugs & Cement Retainers d) Set around 250 packers of all types – Mechanical, Hydraulic, Permanent, etc.
e) Re-dressing of Packers & Down hole tools like Blanking Plugs, Separation Sleeves etc.
f) Activated number of wells by application of compressor, nitrogen application by CTU
g) Served as ONGC's representative to contract Work Over Rigs of Triveni Oil Field Services for implementation of well repair programmes h) Carried out first Caged Hole Wire line DST in Gandhar i) Widely used Down hole equipment & tools of companies like Site Oil Tools, Baker, Giberson, Proficient Oil Tools, GN Corporation, Elder, Otis, Pengo, DC oil tools etc.
