1. Schlumberger IPM (Apr 2007 - Present)
Senior Well Engineer - Gassi Touil, Algeria (Dec 2007 - Present)

Drilling vertical wells (exploration, appraisal and development) in 5 different fields. Main challenges include drilling through depleted zone(s) and highly abrasive fractured reservoirs (gas and condensate bearing), requiring expandable liner applications and Controlled Pressure Drilling techniques (UBD/MPD). Duties involved:

* Detailed well planning including design, engineering, drilling procedure generation and detailed time estimate generation.
* Providing engineering and operational support during well construction activities, ensuring compliance with client's and Schlumberger's standards, documenting the deviations from program.
* Ensuring the service quality of the contractors.
* Preparing and/or verifying EOWR¡¦s, including capture of lessons learned and best practices.
* Following up with training & development of Junior Engineers.

Well Engineer - Hassi Messaoud, Algeria (Apr 2007 - Dec 2007)

Worked in Sonatrach HMD1 Project, where horizontal wells were drilled with approximately 1000 m drain inside the Sandstone / Quartzite formations. Main duties were preparing well programsƒ« providing feedback to the rigƒ« studying and reviewing drilling reports, technical data, performance indicators and the results of workƒ« tracking performance (actual vs. planned) and making recommendations for improvementƒ« preparing end of well reports.

2. Calik Enerji, CE (Sep 2005 - Mar 2007)
Senior Drilling Engineer / Supervisor - Yoloten-Mary, Turkmenistan

Worked at the wellsite as an Engineer / Supervisor. Main duties included: providing supervision for the drilling operations (vertical HPHT wells), ensuring service quality of the contractors, preparing EOWR's.
Worked in the tendering process for the upcoming project, prepared AFEs, evaluated technical / commercial proposals submitted by third parties.

3. Turkish Petroleum Corporation, TPAO (Feb 2001 - Aug 2005)
Drilling Engineer / Supervisor - Ankara-Batman, Turkey (Feb 2001 - Aug 2005)

Based in Batman, the oil capitol of Turkey, worked in different parts of Turkey. Worked as a drilling engineer / supervisor in TPAO's various oil and gas fields. Provided drilling supervision, support and logistical co-ordination for domestic wells. Duties and responsibilities were:

Supervise mobilization / demobilization & assembling / disassembling of rig, select drill bits, perform drill off tests, make drilling optimization, supervise wiper trips & reamings, supervise preparation and conditioning of spud and/or lignosulfonate mud when no mud engineer is assigned to the well, supervise conventional coring and fishing operations, prepare casing tally and supervise while running casing, supervise cementing operations, supervise installing and testing of well head equipment, supervise well control operations, cut and recover casings from dry wells, create reports (daily, monthly, end of well, etc.), manage logistics on wellsite (both personnel and equipment),
Worked in more than 20 onshore wells including ERD, multi lateral, directional and deep vertical wells. Major problems encountered were shale problems, hole stability and lost circulations.

Drilling Supervisor - TPAO Bati Raman Multi Lateral Project
Ankara - Batman, Turkey (Nov 2004 - Jan 2005)

Participated in engineering study, helped determining well trajectories, and performed detailed offset data analyses. Worked in preparation and evaluation of tender documents. Provided wellsite supervision for drilling of surface holes with aerated mud prior to arrival of Schlumberger for kick off. 3 mechanical land rigs were run at the same time. Supervised drilling of 3 short radius wells.

Drilling Engineer / Company Representative - TPAO Kuzey Marmara ERD Project
Ankara - Silivri, Turkey (May 2002 - Nov 2003)

Baker Hughes Inteq (BHI) and TPAO signed a contract on an Integrated Project Management (IPM) basis. Project included drilling of 6 ERD wells to store natural gas in a depleted reservoir. Participated in preparing detailed engineering analysis of these wells. Provided support for upgrade of a Romanian made mechanical rig, F-320. (Installation of Top Drive, electric drive triplex mud pumps, generators, linear motion shakers, HG dryer, conveyor for cuttings, decanting centrifuges). Worked as drilling supervisor during the batch drilling of 6 surface holes. Experienced rig skidding and Top Drive drilling. Worked as company representative drilling engineer in night shift in directional drilling operations. Experienced stuck pipe and cutting transport problems in highly deviated wellbores.
