* Completion of number of internal projects to the total value of approximately US$ 7,000,000. of which single biggest one was additional filtration plant to the value of US$ 2,800,000.

June 1986 – July 2002, Anglo Gold, mines in Free State SA.
Starting as Section Engineer at FSG Mine than Services Engineer Thsepong Mine, later Planning and Services Engineer at Matjabeng Mine and Engineering Manager of Matjabeng Mine.
Achievements:
* Co-design and installation of underground air receiver, 11 mega litters in size.
* Design of the 7 Shaft, shaft pillar removal, which becomes a model for other similar designs.
* Engineering Services at Thsepong Mine achieving best safety record in the mine history.
* Completion of mine closure plan.

July 1985 – June 1986, Golden Dumps, Star Diamond Mine near Theunnisen.
Working as Section Engineer responsible for whole mine engineering aspects.
This was a small mine design to handle 1 thousand tones a day.
Achievements:
* Commissioning of new modern complete with DMS plant.
* Re-commissioning of incline shaft with complete istallation of winder.
* Re-commissioning of open pit.

August 1982 – June 1985, Golfields of South Africa, East Driefontein Gold Mine.
Starting as Engineering Technician, later as Postgraduate Mechanical Engineer and after successfully passing government exam, as Certificated Engineer.
Achievements:
* Installation and commissioning of underground chairlift.

October 1980 – December 1981, Coal Mine "Suszec-Kaczyce-Pawlowice" in Poland.
Section Engineer, Responsible for equipping two shafts.

January 1967 – October 1980, Copper Mine "Polkowice" in Poland.
Starting as Underground Fitter, than as Mechanical Foreman Services and as Section Engineer.
Achievements:
* As fitter re-building entire shaft hydraulic systems used for automatic loading and offloading operation.
* Participation in shaft structure re-builds.
