Working as a Expeditor/ Sourcing Specialist with GE Energy. I work processing new vendors into GE system, creating workflows in Oracle, O2S and AP Services. Resolve daily issues with payments and invoices. Follow up with vendors daily concerning document submittals, status of orders, shipping details. Submit required information for requisition submittal. Maintain files, spreadsheets and update reports weekly.

ƒæ Fluor (January 2008 - April 2008) Project: Saudi Kayan
Worked closely with Fluor Manila office in the Philippines expediting the project's purchase orders for all long and short lead items for the Saudi Kayan project. Material expedited: Vessels, exchangers, pumps, air dryers, deaerators and also various items in electrical and control systems. Maintain expediting report (material management software). Attend kick-off meeting with vendors to go over procedures to be implemented per P.O. agreement. Maintain call logs and emails per each P.O. Make sure management/engineers/inspectors are up to date with any and all issue that may cause delays. Expedite all issues to maintain schedule in a timely manner. Expedite documents for submittal to document control. Attend weekly meeting with project leads to review status of P.O. Make sure vendor has submitted all required documents for exporting and importing for release of materials that are ready to ship to jobsite.
