Professional Summary
I) Drafting/Design Experience
Prepare Architectural drawing's showing floor plan, elevation, section details, materials and finishes, as well as other aspects such as layouts, electrical, plumbing, drainage, car parking and landscaping.
Create technical illustration's, detail's and sections for architectural remodeling projects.
Kitchen & bathroom remodeling, interior room addition and exterior layouts for landscaping, and room extension projects (garages, storage areas, solar rooms and greenhouses).
Digitizing, redlines, creation and modification of geographical maps from field engineering survey notes. Fit data into required mapping formats, prepare, edit and revise plans maps.
Development, and modification of telecommunication and utility company construction plans.
Calculate the quantity and quality of materials needed, material and labor costs and project completion dates. Interpret client and engineer brief and prepare and develop sketch plans for client approval.
Survey and draw traffic control plans for highway construction projects (Overlay, Street widening, and bridge replacement projects).
Supervise the work of subcontractors to make sure buildings are of an acceptable standard and are proceeding according to schedule coordinate the activities of office staff involved in the preparation and payment of accounts talk to lawyers and financial institutions on matters relating to loans and contracts for building projects.
Use of AutoCAD 10-2009, ADT3.3, REVIT Architecture and Structure, Sketch-Up, Chief Architect Interior Designer, 3DSMax, Viz, 20/20, MicroStation, SE, Excel, Access, and Word.(MS Office Professional), Quick Books Pro.
Develop and set-up CAD Standards ( File DIR Structure, Block Library, CUI, Scripts, AutoLisp, VBA) per the National CAD Standards.
