Created detailed schedules and EVMS for Advanced Precision Kill Weapons System (APKWS) and Follow On To SMAW programs. Managed scheduling for Hydra-70/APKWS Guided and Unguided Rockets Program using MicroFrame Program Manager and Microsoft Project. Responsible for preparations for Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and maintenance reviews. Responsible for recruiting, staffing, performance appraisals and personnel development.
