Supervise the jobs related to all equipment & monitor & ensure their performance for optimum & safe operation.
Responsible for PANEL operation & achieving production targets, maintain process parameters & quality.

Observing & reporting abnormalities in area, compilation & follow-up.
Prepare, handover & co-ordinate the maintenance activities.

Controlling parameters on DCS (ABB, ADVANT 300, YOKOGAWA CS 3000) like temperature, pressure, level, flows and Plant Utilities.

Joined as an Analyst in PE Plant,. (1996-2000) then promoted in Polyethylene (PE) Plant as a Panel Officer (2002-Oct' 2008)- Total 11 Yrs.
Erection, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of Polyethylene Plant (Reliance Industries Limited, HAZIRA-India).
Stayed continuous for 04 Days in Plant in natural calamity of Flood in city, which kept plant and support service operative in such adverse circumstances. – Appreciated by Company in Sept'1998.
Active team member of 5-S implementation in Control Room category – Appreciated by Executive Director in 15 Aug 2005.
I am a MULTI CRAFT OPERATOR having good knowledge of laboratory analysis, operated all type of lab. Equipment.
I have also work on SPC ( STASTICAL PROCESS CONTROL) data analysis, Quality control & assurance.

FIELD OPERATION EXPERIENCE:
* Wide experience of operation of BLACK CLOWSON made single screw extruder with SQUARE-D PLC, Pelletiser trouble shooting, Additive batch preparation, Blender- Silo handling, Die- Cutter replacement job, extruder shut down & start up activity, etc.
* Reaction area experience: like catalyst- cocat. Batch preparation activity, RFP LIKE 12 stage pump start up, catalyst- co-catalyst flow control, adsorber change over activity, Dryer, Purifier, handing.
* Hydrogen plant start up, MP/HP Reciprocating compressor handing.
* Tank level handing.
