* Two years in total engineering as project manger in electromechanical contracting field.
*One year in key energy for petroleum oil services as rig mechanic.
*Two years in Egyptian drilling company as rig mechanic.
*- From 30/7/2004 up to Dec. 07 Chief rig Mechanic in Nabors drilling int. in Yemen
*- From Dec. 07 up to now Chief mechanic in the same company in Algeria area
I had a good experience as "RIG Mechanic" for maintenance, major overhauling, repairing and trouble shooting of following drilling equipments:
Caterpillar engines: (Cat 3512, 3456,D399, D398, D397,3304.3406,3208), EMD engine.
Mud pumps: (HH,National, Oil well, Gardener Denver, Continental emsco)
Draw work: (HH,National, oil well, Oemi and Cabot)
Top Drive: (Can rigand Varco)
Rotary table: (National, National oil well and ideco)
Koomey unites, Air Compressors, Gear boxes, Cranes, forklift…....
I worked at off shore and on-shore Rigs. I do my jobs with using all work permits required according to HSE procedures.
Education & Training:
I completed studding at Helwan University faculty of engineering in A.R.E at 1994 as mechanical engineer with grad 'Very Good' this studding was five years.
Certifications & Achievements:
I have certificate of Bcs. mechanical engineer. I had many courses of computer (VBasic, AutoCAD, etc) and drilling equipments maintenance, and trouble shooting.
Also I have a good Experience to get the down time min. I had the necessary HSE courses (H2s, fire fighting, etc).
Skills:
I can make overhauling for most CAT engine D (397,398,399).
Complete overhauling for Draw work, power end mud pump, rotary table, Kelly spinner and kommy unit. And all drilling equipment
