Juaymah Gas Plant: 275MBD Module-IV fractionation Unit for Juaymah gas plant expansion project, Rahima, Saudi Arabia.
The Juaymah gas plant Expansion Program is an Installation of New Fractionation Unit to Process a total Gas volume of 275MBD 1000 MMSCFD of high and low pressure associated sour gases along with their pipelines and industrial support facilities.
Responsibilities (Client side Inspection & monitoring of piping works):
Review & Approve contractor / Sub contractor's QCP, ITP, WPS, PQR, Method Statements or work procedures.
Review NDT matrix to check proper coverage of NDT & PWHT for various piping classes ('M' for example.)
Carry out Material inspection for Pipes, Fittings, Valves, Fasteners, Equipments, Electrodes, Gaskets, and Paints etc. and Review manufacture test certificate or Third party Inspection Release note and vendor inspection reports.
Shop Fabrication & Installation: Inspection of piping spools at CS, LTCS, SS, and Alloy steel fabrication shops. Total control & responsibility for all piping fabrication works at shops and all QC and welding related matters.
Coordinate Inspection status, review weld rejection rate and repair analysis, prepare weekly report with inspection status and submit to Inspection head.
Inspection and monitoring of Post Weld Heat Treatment (local, Induction coil & Furnace)
Surveillance of Hardness Testing. Witnessing NDT like LPT, MPT & RT.
Releasing piping spools for erection and painting and Coordinate for Punch list walk through., Loop check as per P&ID, Isometric & GAD.
Hydro test pack review and witnessing Hydro testing of piping loops.
Issuing NCR to contractor and follow up for closing NCRs. Review contractor's internal NCR.
Installation inspection of static /rotary equipments
Review and approval of Tie in packages and Tie in installation of pipe line.
