HSE KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
While on site/rigs, worker hazard awareness levels were raised by effective communication and leadership methods. Incident reporting increased, participation in the BBS process increased, and incidents decreased. Safety Incentives were put in place to reward the workers for safe operations and observations. I am constantly striving to be more effective through continuous HSE education and open communication; regardless of employee skill levels.

Attached to the Cleburne, Texas office on the Production HSE side (Hydraulic fracturing, acid stimulation, flow back, work over rig activities, coil tubing, pad development, etc.). This is a newly created position which I am presently developing. Currently, I make field visits observing, documenting and recording my observations regarding Contractor compliance with the MSA agreement relating to HSE activities. I routinely hold Contractor safety stand down meetings with 90% of contractor HSE personnel, Managers, and some Directors. I am trending at risk behaviors and unsafe conditions for statistics and corrective measures. I respond to and investigate reported incidents and record these on the KMI data base. My primary objective is working with our Contractors to ensure they have processes in place to comply with the MSA. I have recently been assigned as the Contractor Administrator of the Barnett Shale for MSA HSE compliance. This includes compliance with all applicable Federal Regulations, National Consensus Standards, State and Local Ordinances, and Incorporated by Reference Standards. If gaps are identified through routine audits and field observations, I make myself available to aid in getting these gaps corrected. While out in the field, I am promoting SWA and encouraging the workers to report incidents on a regular basis. I am earning the workers trust because I do what I say to protect the worker's health, the environment and Chesapeake's assets. I have done certified HSE training with our pumpers and conduct monthly safety meetings.

Purification of electronic grade HCL, IPA, Sulfuric acid, Hydrogen Peroxide and Ammonia utilizing DCS to control flow rates, temperatures and pressures of processes via trend analysis and SOP's.
