Pre qualification of Paint//Coating contractor and coating systems (CTP's) prior to mobilization to the offshore location. Review of specifications, ITP's and work procedures. Prioritizing and scheduling of work areas to be completed. The locating and identifying of pipelines for painting activies, by the use of isometric drawings. Inspection of all coating operations carried out on the GBS offshore terminal.

Duties: Insulation
Duties included inspection of Cryogenic, Hot and Personal Protection insulation to pipe work and vessels. Material: Foam Glass. Fibaroll, Stainless steel cladding.

October 2007 To September 2008 Insulation Inspector Whessoe Oil & Gas Adriatic LNG Terminal

Inspection of Cryogenic Tank Base Insulation to the GBS: Monitoring of materials. (Foam Glass and Aerated Blocks) Also a full and comprehensive understanding, of one of the most complex base insulation systems for LNG storage facilities for seismic locations to date.
