* Participating in an offshore drilling cyber rig start-up activities;- Taking audit of QHSE hard wares in drill barge as per contract requirements, preparing QHSE management manuals / SOPs, Emergency response plans, setting up sustainable QHSE culture prior to pre acceptance inspections by third parties; CPD, ACE, Moduspec for client,
* Monitor personnel safety behavior, site safety conditions, construction/drilling activities and immediately notify both contractor and client site supervisor to take corrective action when deficiencies required further action.
* Audit contractor site specific HSE protection plans required by client SOP before work begins; make recommendations to achieve needed improvements and provides feedback to client and contractor site supervisors.
* Assist contractor representatives arrange initial safety orientations,
* Assist with contractor training needs, in conjunction with training centre, conduct specialty training such as incident investigation – Why Tree Investigation Method, Risk Assessment, Respiratory Protective Equipment, STOP, SIMOPs, Permit to Work (PTW), Etc.
* Participate and coach contractors to conduct risk assessment using Job Safety Analysis (JSA) frequently throughout the day at toolbox talks.
* Personally practice and train contractor site supervisors to implement the client STOP programme,
* Give assistance and guidance on incident investigations
* As required by PIC, participates in site safety reviews and audits
* Set up electronic audit/incident tracking register for individual department, assist department supervisors to track and close out audit/incident action items. Transmit lessons learned down to employees at departmental and contractor safety meetings.
* Ensure accurate and timely incident reporting and notifications
