Position: QA/QC Engineer
Description:
The project mainly involved in different size of cone roof storage tanks-material -carbon steel, and above ground and underground piping works of different materials-Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Glass reinforced plastics.etc are concerned to me
Duties:-
* Checking & Approval for WPS, PQR and initiate corrective actions to be done.
* Preparation and implementation of quality procedure and quality manual
* Conducting periodical internal audit.
* Coordinating with third party inspectors and client.
* Coordinating with third party inspectors and client.
* Witness for Welder Qualification Test.
* Preparation and approval of inspection test plan.
* Inspection of received materials
* Mechanical inspections and weld joint testing on tank and piping works according to the ITP, method statements, project standards and codes
* Carrying out Visual Inspection on shop and field weld
* Monitoring welding consumables
* Co-coordinating with NDTCo-ordinator for conducting the NDT- NDTrequest, interpretation and documentation.
* Inspection of Heat treatment cycle using WPS, Procedures & codes
* Review Percentage of RT shoot for welder or welding joints.
* Checking documents for test packages with client. Included P & ID, iso., welding Summary, material take off and all reports for hydro test, punch list.
* Modification of isometrics according to site situation and make as built.
* Carrying out punch list and checking if points (A) closed.
* Codes: " ASME IX, ASME B 31.3, BS2654, API650, API620, API 1104 & AWS D1.1

Owner: JSW Steel Limited, Bellary, Karnataka
Position: Project Engineer-Structural
Description:
The project mainly involved in structural fabrication, erection and alignment work of both building and technological structures, such as columns, rafters, tie beams, bracing, crane girder, ECT.
Duties:-
* currently responsible for project execution for the Engineering&construction of fabricated structures
* Prepare, deliver and monitor project plans, budgets, schedules, deliverables and manpower estimates
* Preparation and supply of material indents, bolt lists & bought out items list to the store management
* giving instructions to supervisors for Procurement and collection of all steel materials(Free Issue Items) from stockyards/ Purchaser's stores, including loading, transportation, unloading, stacking and storing on skids or supports according to the look ahead schedule
* According to the front availability & urgency planning the fabrication & erection of the erection marks and giving instructions to supervisors to achieve the target
* Take appropriate action, where necessary, to ensure targets of Quality, Cost, Time and Safety are met.
* Implement project strategy; produce weekly management reports and the Engineering Scope of Work
* Act as a focal point for Vendors and Engineering Contractor by ensuring timely delivery of services, materials, equipment, work packages, drawings etc.
* Preparing & claiming bill for the marks fabricated and erected
