Re-aligned CMMS (Datastream) implementation to meet management and reporting objectives, identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. Set up maintenance planning and preventive maintenance schedules for utilities systems. Set up skills training schedule and outline procedures for equipment servicing. Prepared and issued technical specifications and quality standards for sub-contracted work. Prepared and issued method statements/procedures/flow diagrams/'punch lists' to facilitate completion and handover of construction work. Prepared defects/damages reports and procedures. Provided technical support and mentorship to the four FM managers and staff. Assignment completed in December 2006

Managed parallel startup of embedded NDT services contracts in two UK aluminium castings factories. Supported startup of parallel fluid management services contracts in two Italian automotive components factories, with specific responsibility for implementation, providing management information and end-user training in CMMS (MRO MAXIMO) (Italian language). - Engaged by Steel Engineers & Consultants on behalf of Gunawan Iron and Steel Sdn. Bhd. to supervise dismantling, packing and shipping of used steelplant lime kiln in Bagnoli, Italy for re-commissioning in Malaysia. Approved dismantling contractor's method and planning. Inspected equipment before and after dismantling. Checked packing and documentation. Assignment completed in June 1997 including one year residence on site

- Continued engagement by Steel Engineers & Consultants on behalf of PTB Westwharf Sdn. Bhd. to manage negotiations with Italian client for purchase of two used ship unloaders and spares in Bagnoli, Italy for their Malaysian client. Assignment completed in October 1997.

Continued engagement by Steel Engineers & Consultants on behalf of PTB Westwharf Sdn. Bhd. to produce tender documents for above ship unloader dismantling, shipping and reconstruction in Malaysia, and to manage and close contract negotiations. Scope of work included identification, specification and purchasing of replacement components as well as refurbishment of used components. Scope included preparation of Dismantling Safety and Health Plan to meet Italian HSE legislation. Assignment completed in March 1999 including 2 1/2 years residence on site in Italy and Malaysia.

- Concurrent engagement by Steel Engineers & Consultants on behalf of Metal Investments Ltd. to project-manage negotiations and letting of demolishing contract for used steelplant equipment in Linz, Austria.
