DDS system.
* Completed all regulatory submissions and maintained compliance with the OCC/DEQ (Department of Environmental Quality) in all capacities, including Forms 1001A, 1002A, 1002C, 1016, 1073, annual pressure testing, annual fluid injection reporting, and quarterly air emissions reporting.
* Initiated the application process of a salt water disposal facility commercial conversion, and oversaw all regulatory paperwork and requirements involved during construction of the facility; Enlisted the help of a consultant to start implementing a site specific ERP and safety program.
* Started to take on the additional role of Health and Safety Coordinator, and with the help of a consultant, coordinated the completion of an updated Canadian Corporate ERP, as well as the implementation of a Corporate ERP and complete HSE program for our US operations, including safety training, equipment in field offices, managing incident reporting and safety meetings.
* Provided backup for weekly production reporting, as well as management of well file database, electronic filing and miscellaneous administrative duties.

* Enlisted the help of a consultant to complete a Regulatory Applicability Assessment, to act as a learning tool and reference, as well as to be incorporated in the Standard Operating Procedures manual.
* Conducted an internal licence self-audit for historical and new drills, using the ERCB audit checklist to ensure a good understanding of Directive 56.
* Participated in root cause analysis for major EH&S incidents, and handled all AB Environment Spill reporting.
* Received training for eventual hand-off of miscellaneous environmental responsibilities, such as annual NPRI reporting, CAPP Benchmark reporting, SRD Industrial Wildfire Protection Plan, Spill Coops, Flame arrestor testing, etc.
* Reactivated Date Tracker as a compliance calendar, and maintained a weekly to do list to ensure that monthly, quarterly or annual activities were completed in a timely manner.
* Got involved with the environmental section of the BC drilling application process, and provided some initial research and background on SAGD project planning.
* Remained current on all applicable regulations via key contacts within the environmental and compliance industry network, and routine monthly checks on pertinent government websites.
