Organization Details:
M/S Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Ltd, an ISO 9002 & 14001 company, is located in the east coast of southern India. This giant petrochemical complex produces 2000 TPD of UREA, 1200 TPD of Ammonia an¬d 2500 TPD of Di-Ammonium phosphate (D.A.P). The complex consists of utilities like Sulphuric acid plant, Phosphoric acid plant, Aluminum fluoride plants, Storage and handling facility of imported Ammonia (Capacity 10,000 MT) and imported LPG (Capacity 8500 MT). The total power requirement for the complex is 25 MVA @ 110 KV potential is met through the National Grid, a Captive generation plant [18.4 MW] and a Co-generation Plant [6.0 MW].
Erection and Commissioning and Testing:
 Testing and Commissioning of L&T Make LT Panels.
 Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Variable frequency Drives up to 160kw.
Operation and Maintenance,Testing:
Transformers:
Preventive, Breakdown and Periodical maintenance of transformers up to 30MVA (HHE make)
Circuit breakers:
Preventive, Breakdown and Periodical maintenance of MOCBs, SF66 & VCBs up to 11KV, and ACBs up to 415V.
Protection systems:
Testing, Trouble shooting and Maintenance of protection relays [Electro dynamic as well as static relays] and programming of SPACOM, MOTPRO relays [microprocessor based].
