The main objective is to provide innovative enhancement in drilling and completion fluids for reducing well operation costs (drilling and workover) and protecting reservoir formation from wellbore fluids aggression. This will only be achieved if a hard work has been offered including Laboratory and modeling. Currently I am working as a drilling fluids advisor for all SONATRACH drilling and completion operations in Algeria. In this position, I work for following up daily drilling operations, troubleshooting of drilling rig problems, and performing technical support for solving wellbore instability and formation damage problems. Work in a team for applying and suggesting new technology for improving drilling performance.

2005 - 2008, MI-SWACO, Scotland – UK
In this period, I worked as a senior drilling fluids engineer for MI-SWACO in the North Sea - UK sector. I was one of the key personal in managing and running the must advanced drilling fluids for most of the major Companies in the UK including: Shell, BP, Talisman. Centrica, Apache and Peak-Group.
