Main function:
* Monitor assesses and report construction processes
* Perform Piping quality inspections activities as per Inspection Test Plan on critically

* Keep Quality field engineer updated with discipline quality issues.
* Provide expertise to PMT/ Contractor team to avoid/resolve quality problems.
Duties: Review documents and inspect incoming piping materials (pipe, valves, fittings, etc.) to insure conformity with project specifications and international code and standards. Review / verify that welding inspection has been performed and joints have been released prior to hydro test. Check that dimensions and alignment tolerances of the piping systems are as per project specifications. Perform surveillance to check compliance with piping erection procedure including alignments, torqueing, cleanliness, etc. Performs walk down / line checks of piping system for verification of punchlist completeness before and after mechanical completion. Review completeness of piping test packages prior to testing Hold/Witness hydro test. Complete and endorse inspection records. Maintain interface with the contractor to ensure that all project procedures and specifications are met. Hold/Witnessed flushing activities. Identify non-conforming piping products or activities and initiate non conformance reports and corrective /preventive action reports.

Duties: Responsible for the inspection testing and witnessing in construction of underground non metallic piping activities, ensuring that personal responsible for quality control are aware of and maintaining the project specification and that they are adhered throughout the project, managing the construction activity and quality of the project. Main tasked is to control construction material, Inspection of incoming material in line with client's requirements and approved specification. Conduct testing as per approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), maintain records including logs of all QA documentation, initiate project continuous improvement initiatives and ensure safe instruction will be implemented at site.

Date: November 2005 to March 2007
Position: QA/QC Engineer
Nature of work, procure supply and installation of facilities including of 6.0 KM pipeline for transporting of jet fuel from offloading area to US airbase storage tank. I am working as QA/QC Engineer, I am responsible for mechanical, Hvac's and piping inspections ensuring that all aspect conforming to project specification, including fit-up, full welding for piping, pump erection, various mechanical equipment and storage tank. Had an excellent experience in implementing PWPS & PQR as well as the project specs and international standard and codes. Notify client for daily inspections, hold/witnessed hydro testing for piping systems. Carried out all NDT requirements, and assisting third party to perform MPI, PMI, PT and x-rays for piping. Interpret x-ray film results and clearing all rejection prior to hydro test. Prepare test packages. Carryout Inspection in accordance with ITP, Prepare daily welding reports as well as monitoring weld joints rejection and have it rectified accordingly to avoid delayed. Prepare final turn over of documentation to the client.
2.) Project: Juaymah Tie-in Project, Rastanura Saudi Arabia
Client: Saudi Aramco
Date: May 2005 to November 2005
Position: Mechanical/Piping Inspector
Review scope of work/contract, prepare test packages, receiving inspection for all mechanical and piping system materials, review mill test certificates conform as per purchase order request, assist NDT to comply project percentage requirement, review test packages and ensure all NDT were cleared prior to hydro test, witnessed mechanical erection pump alignment, ensure all materials were in good condition as well as preservation to prevent corrosions, Notify client for daily inspections, hold/witnessed hydro testing for piping systems, pumps/tanks final alignment Carried out all NDT requirements, and assisting third party to perform MPI, PMI, PT and x-rays for piping. I am involving welding activities, prepare notification inspection to Saudi Aramco inspector (Client). Ensure in implementation of approved PQR, WPS, ITP and project specification. Monitor daily welding activities, hold/witnessed hydro test, pumps and tanks final alignmen. Review NDT results as well as piping x-ray result interpretation. Initiate NCR if found none conforming to the project specification as well as corrective action reports. Attending weekly Meeting, Preparatory meeting, with regard to construction issues & implement remedial thoughts to avoid Project delayed Commissioning and start up. Co-ordination with client for inspection and documents. Preparation of Test packages, and weekly Contractor Quality Control Report. Maintain field Documents and drawings for quality records. Punch out inspection, Pre-final inspection final acceptance inspection. Make sure the work performed complies with the contractor requirements and quality procedure.

Position: Piping Engineer/Piping Inspector
Duties: Assisting the team leader in Installation/erection for Piping system, Piping supports, steel structures, tanks and related mechanical activities can interpret Piping Drawing Flow diagrams piping detail for supports
Verification of plan and Isometric drawing for possible discrepancies and raised Technical information and have it approved prior to start the job. Perform pressure testing of aboveground and underground piping system, valves, equipment. Tanks and Conduct performance test for equipments and Prepare all test Packages. Initiate NCR for non conformance of the project specifications as well as corrective action reports.
Prepare daily progress report at any point of concern with remedial actions; participate in the planning of maintenance/inspection activities including shutdowns.
