Presently working with Asianol Specialty Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. (ASCPL) an SBU of Asianol Lubricants Ltd. ASCPL has a Strategic Alliance with Novozymes Biologicals (NZB) to market their products in India Subcontinent and Middle East. Novozymes Biologicals are the pioneer in Biotechnology. Their product range includes Microbial Products for Waste Water Treatment, Fat Oil and Grease removal Composting, Odour Control etc. I am working with this company as all India Marketing Manager and also looking after subcontinent and Middle East market. Also promoting in house water Treatment Chemicals for Steam Boiler, Cooling Water, RO Desalination Plant etc.

Responsibilities: Made a road map to develop the market of Novozymes which includes establishing of sound distribution network in entire India on the basis of geographical identification of industrial cities, major industrial cities of Pakistan, Bangladesh and entire Middle East countries. Built up Techno-Marketing team at the Kolkata H.O and regional offices located in three metros and Hydrabad & Bangalore. Technology apprise through electronic presentation either at individual client's place or by arranging a seminar having representatives from various clients. Get the product/technology approved by the end users through demonstration by lab/pilot trial conducted by our technical team. Get the proposal approved by the higher authorities of the client. Made the total budget for Investment, Cost of Sales, Profit and ROI & Break-even time frame.

From July' 2004 to December' 2007

Worked with KANORIA CHEMICALS & INDUSTRIES LTD. A 300 Cr Company, as Marketing Manager to promote a New Generation Coagulant i.e. Polyaluminium Chloride.

Responsibilities: Major Responsibilities included Marketing Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Coordinating, Manpower Planning and Budgeting. Product Apprisal by Personal/Electronic presentation. Managing a team of 10-15 Technical Executives. To get the product approved by Lab and followed by Plant Scale Trial. Implementation of Product in the plant by single party order, Ltd. Tender or by open tender. Negotiation. Product utility Planning, Logistic planning with regards to timely delivery of the material. Payments follow up. Solving various commercial issues e.g. Form C, F, 31/ Road Permit. Customer Retention Management etc. Industries served: Power Plant, Municipal Corporation, Steel Industry, Aluminium Industry etc.

2. From Dec' 2002 To July' 2004

Worked with Water Care Technologies, Chennai. This company is engaged in manufacturing of water treatment chemicals with a brand name of WATCOL. I was holding the position of Asst. Manager (Tech & Sales). I was handling Uttaranchal, West UP & Delhi. It is a growing company and within 2 years of its inception it has captured good chunk of market. After I joined the growth is phenomenal. Converting big companies both in Madurai and Pondicherry and later in North India to WATCOL has given a new impetus to the growth of Water Care. Though the credit goes to the entire team, however I being the team leader was the force behind the success story. Job Description: My job profile includes managing the team of well-trained field executives both commercially and technically. Account Management by solving their problems. Aquazur is now a subsidiary of ONDEO Nalco Chemicals, and manufactures Water Treatment Chemicals for various systems e.g. HP/MP Steam Boilers (oxygen scavenger, scale inhibitor, alkalinity builder, sludge conditioner, antifoam, condensate return line treatment), Cooling Towers (corrosion/scale inhibitor, biocide for planktonic/sessile bacteria and legionella, bio-dispersant), Chilled Water System, (cleaning chemical, dispersant, passivating chemical corrosion inhibitor, biocide), R.O. Plant (Anti scalant, flocculent and membrane cleaning chemicals), Antiscalant for Desalination Plant-vapour compressor, multistage flash etc. and many more.

Job Description:

My Job Profile included Commercial as well as Technical.

Commercial: Meeting with prospects, preparing proposal for site specific chemical treatment plan by calculating the optimum dosage rate, handling enquiries, preparing/submitting tenders, follow up for the tender, follow up for the payment. Liaising with consultants to get approval for our products to be used in the projects.

Technical: Rendering after sales service which includes complete water analysis, controlling parameters as per British Standard, setting dosage rate, optimizing the dosage rate, solving the problem of our client. These services lead to accounts (clients) management. Conducting training programmes for system operators. Supervising cleaning job of steam boilers, R.O. Plants and Chilled Water Systems. Conducting trial for the new product. Industries Served: Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Steel, Power Plant, Refinery, Paper etc.

4. 11 months work experience with Cadila Pharmaceutical, Ahmadabad, as Medical Representative.

5. 2 years working experience with Rashmi Associates, Distributor of Industrial Chemicals, Patna, as Sales Executives.
